UPS Industrial Services busca I&E Senior Planning Specialists para proyectos en el sector industrial. Los candidatos deben poseer una amplia experiencia en la planificación eléctrica pesada de hasta 15Kv. Estas posiciones ofrecen una variedad de horarios de trabajo. Se proporciona per diem para todos los empleados.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Planificar la ejecución segura y eficiente de órdenes de trabajo.
  • Colaborar directamente con el Ingeniero de Confiabilidad.
  • Revisar todos los diagramas unifilares en las instalaciones.
  • Conocimiento en actividades de estimación en campo para desarrollar el alcance de reparaciones.
  • Crear estimaciones precisas de mano de obra, costos de materiales y duración de los trabajos.
  • Capacidad para realizar anotaciones y modificaciones en dibujos utilizando software de edición PDF para identificar el alcance.
  • Experiencia en el seguimiento de todos los aspectos del desarrollo del alcance de manera electrónica.
  • Desarrollar planes de trabajo precisos para reparaciones rutinarias y mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Ser auto-motivado, organizado y capaz de comunicarse con todos los niveles de la dirección.

CALIFICACIONES Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Se requiere diploma de secundaria, GED o equivalente.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office y SAP.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en I&E en construcción industrial.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en planificación de I&E.

REQUISITOS:

  • Capacidad para aprobar pruebas de drogas.
  • Capacidad para pasar verificación de antecedentes.
  • Poseer una tarjeta TWIC válida.
  • Capacidad para aprobar un examen físico y pruebas de aptitud.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo por encima del promedio y capacidad para liderar con el ejemplo.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
  • Transporte propio hacia y desde el lugar de trabajo.
