About the Role
The Rotating Machinery Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the technical integrity of rotating equipment within the designated production area. This position is vital for maintaining operational excellence and reliability in our logistics sectors.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority for rotating equipment design, operation, and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry standards, including ASME and API, and apply them effectively.
- Engage in structured analytical processes such as root cause analysis (RCA) and risk assessments.
- Conduct thorough failure analyses and problem-solving for significant rotating equipment issues.
- Champion the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process and promote a proactive technical monitoring approach.
- Develop detailed maintenance and overhaul plans for complex rotating machinery.
- Evaluate contractor performance and oversee the procurement of necessary spare parts.
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities by organizing workspaces and auditing progress.
- Identify opportunities for capital improvements in rotating equipment.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to maintenance personnel.
- Uphold a commitment to safety and environmental standards throughout all operations.

What We Expect from You
- A valid authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in rotating equipment maintenance within the oil and gas sector.
- Proficiency in applying various rotating equipment standards and performance monitoring methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
