Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Center Technician to join our team. As a Plasma Center Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, collecting plasma, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, including answering phones and greeting donors
  • Collect plasma from donors, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate medical records, including donor vital signs and medical history
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a clean and professional work environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance center processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
