About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our plasma donation center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
  • Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
  • 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful
What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16.00, with opportunities for short-term incentives and participation in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive up to 80 hours of sick time and up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
