About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our plasma center operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results.
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support our donors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
