Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to join our team in the Pittsburgh area. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with Trelevate, a leading provider of sales solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own territory and develop your pipeline through prospecting and face-to-face presentations
  • Use a custom-built platform (CRM) to connect businesses with local competing suppliers for electricity and gas while ensuring a fixed rate
  • Collaborate with small to midsize businesses in your local area

Requirements:

  • Energized to work in the field and build relationships with clients/businesses in your target market
  • Confidence and proficiency with current technology is a MUST
  • Aspiration to grow within our company and receive unlimited earning potential
  • Responsibly managing your time and organizing your day
  • Comfortable communicating with business owners and teammates
  • Driven to make $89K+ within your first year
  • 4-year degree preferred, but not required
  • MUST HAVE a valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • MUST BE authorized to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $75,000 - $89,000 per year
  • New Hire Ramp Bonus Eligibility in your first month of employment
