Job Description:
The Office Manager will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative duties, coordinating staff activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Performing general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
- Coordinating staff schedules, meetings, and events
- New hire orientation and paperwork processing
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
