Job Description:

The Office Manager will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative duties, coordinating staff activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
  • Coordinating staff schedules, meetings, and events
  • New hire orientation and paperwork processing
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
