Job Description

The Office Manager is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking skills. This part-time position has the potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
  • Coordinate staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure that filing systems are maintained and current
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping
  • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions

Qualifications:

  • Construction experience
  • Driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analysis skills

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
