Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator role at Nodeca Technical Services LLC involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This part-time position has full-time potential and requires a highly organized individual with excellent multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate staff activities to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Develop and implement procedures for effective record-keeping and data management
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information
- Oversee adherence to established office policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory
- Review and approve supply purchases
- Relevant construction industry experience
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
