Job Overview

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Department Coordinator to coordinate field employees and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee scheduling, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Ensure technicians' schedules are accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory management
  • Collaborate on service quotes and estimates
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong administrative background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a good mechanical aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements and increase efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
