Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to lead our US Pet Health Veterinary Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic sales plans in your region.

Your Role
  • Lead a region of the organization, including 10 District Sales Managers as direct reports and ~ 100 Sales Representatives as indirect reports.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the region.
  • Manage high-performing sales teams, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to align strategies and drive overall company growth.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive sales team development through training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of at least 10 years' experience in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales management
  • Strong enterprise leadership skills to deliver maximum results
  • Ability to travel both nationally for conferences/meetings as well as concentrated travel within the region

Elanco offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $187,700.00 to $300,000.00, depending on qualifications. Full-time equivalent employees are also eligible for a company bonus, depending on company and individual performance.
