About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sales Associate to join our team at Community Health Network. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, running the cash register, maintaining inventory, and assisting with mastectomy fittings and compression fittings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service in a professional and courteous manner
  • Run the cash register and maintain accurate inventory
  • Assist with mastectomy fittings and compression fittings
  • Answer telephone calls with appropriate telephone etiquette
  • Operate the cash register/Point of Sale System
  • Merchandise product on the sales floor as directed
  • Clean displays and shelves and straighten merchandise on a routine basis
  • Receive, price, and stock merchandise
  • Monitor store traffic and notify manager or security if there is a suspicion of shoplifting
  • Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with other members of the department
  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy needs of patients, family, and staff
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to give and receive instruction, written or verbal
  • Ability to make basic mathematical calculations accurately and in a timely manner
  • Must be a team player with highly developed problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must maintain composure when dealing with stressful situations
  • Ability to learn rapidly and perform a variety of tasks in an accurate and timely manner
