At Justin Eddington - State Farm Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through proactive marketing and sales efforts.
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers and colleagues.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and committed to meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Salary plus commission/bonus structure.
