Key Responsibilities

  • Support the executive board in daily operations and strategic work, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Act as the primary interface between the executive board and internal departments, facilitating effective collaboration and information exchange.
  • Organize, prepare, and follow up on appointments and meetings, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Independently handle correspondence and incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate travel planning, ensuring smooth and hassle-free arrangements.
  • Efficiently organize and archive relevant documents, maintaining a secure and compliant record-keeping system.

Requirements

  • Completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in a similar assistant position, with a proven track record of success.
