Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Front Office Supervisor to oversee the duties of our front office and call center staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our medical front office, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage front office staff, including check-in and check-out processes, appointment scheduling, and referral processes.
  • Oversee the call center staff, ensuring they are trained to handle calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Approve time-off requests and manage staff schedules.
  • Enter physician schedules into electronic medical records and create templates.
  • Manage rotation schedules for front office and call center staff.
  • Hold regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Four years or more experience in a medical front office setting.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience with electronic health records, such as AllScripts and GE Centricity, is a plus.
