Senior Manager Testing and Optimization

At MIT RESOURCE, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our testing and optimization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the testing and optimization technology roadmap forward, working closely with our analytics, engineering, and architecture teams to provide technical and operational direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing and optimization strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage industry-leading tools and technologies for driving insights and recommendations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business objectives
- Experience in leveraging multiple datasets and technologies to support personalization initiatives and segmenting tests for deeper analysis
- Knowledge of digital analytics best practices, key performance indicators, and website architecture influences on visitor behavior
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
- 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, analytics, user experience, technology, or related area
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced online organization, with a proven track record of driving strategy, prioritizing, and achieving results
- 4+ years of team management experience, including management of two or more of the following areas: user experience, technology delivery, and/or analytics
- 3+ years of technical and functional experience as a practitioner of analytics and optimization technologies
