Compensation Overview:

The salary range for this position is $111,000 to $200,200. Pay is determined by various factors including labor market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to competitive pay, Target is committed to investing in its team members and their families by offering comprehensive health benefits, which may include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and more. Store Operations is responsible for managing and improving the informational resources necessary for addressing operational challenges while effectively communicating with field teams and leaders. Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will have a significant opportunity to leverage your technology and operational expertise to enhance strategies that drive product planning, delivery, and support. You will oversee the Inventory Insights Acquisition pipeline, utilizing your knowledge to integrate machine learning and artificial intelligence recommendations while optimizing inventory adjustments to meet operational and financial goals.

Your role will involve fostering collaboration across data science, software, and data engineering teams, ensuring best practices in product management are upheld. You will serve as the product's advocate, ensuring accurate inventory adjustments to maintain stock levels and enhance the experience for our omnichannel guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory integrity and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and operational inputs across digital and physical platforms.
  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, setting key business objectives.
  • Utilize customer feedback and relevant data to assess product value and prioritize initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, UX designers, and data scientists, to deliver impactful products.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and the product team receives necessary support.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and maintain a prioritized product backlog focused on high-impact work.
  • Encourage open communication and inspire team members to achieve high performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management or related fields, particularly in data science and analysis.
  • Proven ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
  • Experience in agile methodologies, including user stories and iterative development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
