Amazon Advertising and Campaign Optimization Lead

Location: Remote

Position Overview: In the role of Advertising and Campaign Optimization Lead, you will be pivotal in shaping and enhancing our advertising initiatives, driving increased visibility and sales for our partners. With a solid background of 3-5 years in digital advertising, you will engage in campaign oversight, data interpretation, and creative content development, all while working in tandem with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Oversight: Manage comprehensive advertising campaigns on Amazon (1P/3P), including campaign initiation, keyword analysis, bid management, budget distribution, and continuous performance evaluation.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns while aligning expenditures with strategic goals.
  • Performance Enhancement: Formulate and execute strategies to improve campaign and product page outcomes. This encompasses refining targeting, adjusting bids, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing product listings to elevate user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Innovative Content Development: Collaborate with the business manager to create unique content strategies that transcend standard product descriptions. Utilize storytelling techniques, highlight product benefits, and integrate testimonials to craft compelling content that captivates and converts.
  • Data Interpretation: Examine advertising metrics to identify trends and insights for enhancement. Leverage this data for campaign refinement and to inform partners and internal stakeholders about performance outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Generate comprehensive performance reports for partners, emphasizing key performance indicators, achieved milestones, and potential improvement areas.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with the sales team to understand partner objectives, and work with the business manager to develop engaging content, visuals, and multimedia.
  • Platform Knowledge: Remain informed about updates to Amazon's advertising platform, ensuring that our strategies are consistently aligned with best practices and newly available features.
  • Continuous Learning: Pursue ongoing professional development by attending industry seminars, webinars, and workshops to stay current with the latest trends and technologies in Amazon advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce advertising, particularly with a focus on Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing advertising budgets, achieving measurable ROI, and driving sales growth on Amazon.
  • Proficient in utilizing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, with practical experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to assess campaign performance and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
  • Comprehension of customer behavior and purchasing patterns on Amazon, with an emphasis on crafting advertising experiences that enhance engagement and conversions for our brands.
  • Experience in leveraging customer feedback and reviews to shape advertising strategies and optimize product listings.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
