This role operates on a 100% commission basis with a competitive commission structure. The average representative earns between $120,000 and $180,000 in their first year.

They are in search of a proficient B2B or B2C Sales Consultant with experience in Construction or Roofing for their residential sector.

Utilizing advanced drone technology, you will assess roof damage and guide homeowners on the optimal solutions for repairing or replacing their roofs.

Should a decision be made to file a claim with the homeowner's insurance, you will assist your client throughout the claims process until resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective in-person sales presentations in accordance with established company protocols.
- Accurately document all sales activities in the database.
- Maintain an organized calendar, ensuring punctuality for appointments and responsiveness to clients and colleagues.
- Participate in departmental meetings and stay informed on sales updates, products, and industry developments.
- Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Mentor and train fellow sales representatives.
- Address escalated customer service concerns.
- Achieve or surpass sales objectives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in roofing (insurance or retail).
- Strong communication skills; attentive listener.
- Willingness to travel; must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to navigate objections and perform within a brief sales cycle.
- Capable of delivering sales presentations in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to walk long distances and ascend stairs safely.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Team player (part of a sales crew).
- Proficient with tablets, including Apple iPads (iPadOS).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Roofing installation certification is preferred.
