Senior Sales Professional

Guesty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our field sales team in the US. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for executing field sales methodologies, generating leads, establishing relationships, and closing deals on the ground.
Responsibilities:- Own your sales cycle from A to Z, including lead generation, prospect communication, and pipeline management in Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects in your target list, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Research your target market and provide ongoing feedback to relevant teams, including product, marketing, sales, and strategy.
- 5+ years of technological sales experience, with a focus on outbound and field sales.
- A proven track record of over-achieving in past positions, with a strong ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
- Previous sales methodology training, CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus), and a strong understanding of SaaS sales and travel/hospitality tech sales.
- Entrepreneurial approach, independent, creative, passionate, and approachable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- English (mother tongue) is required, with additional languages (Spanish) a plus.
- Competitive OTE annually, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location.
