About the Role

BerryDunn is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Audit Intern. As an Audit Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including Health Care, Not-for-Profit, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Construction, and Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in audit and review engagements, working closely with senior staff members to ensure high-quality results.
  • Conduct thorough research on audit issues, utilizing firm software to identify and analyze complex financial data.
  • Collaborate with clients from a wide range of industries, gaining exposure to diverse business practices and developing strong communication skills.

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a student in an Accounting or related business program.
  • Available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week over three business days (opportunities for 40 hours during summer session).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Strong analytical, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits

The base hourly rate for this role is $28.00 an hour. Eligible employees have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
