Radiologic Imaging Expert (ARRT)

About the Role:

As a Radiologic Imaging Expert (ARRT) at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you are an invaluable member of our healthcare team. Your expertise lies in operating advanced diagnostic imaging equipment, and you excel in evaluating, responding to, and modifying care to address the diverse needs of our patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all standard radiographic examinations and procedures, including fluoroscopy.
  • Ensure radiation safety for patients, staff, and yourself in accordance with established safety protocols, while preparing and/or administering contrast agents as required.
  • Collaborate closely with Physicians during radiographic examinations and surgical procedures.
  • Support the education of Radiologic Technology students through training in Diagnostic Imaging.
Essential Qualifications:

What You Bring:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Imaging Technologist is preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program and completion of a 24-month clinical internship are required.
  • Current registration with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) is necessary, with annual renewal of certification and 24 hours of continuing education every two years.
  • Possession of a valid license from the New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
