- Collaborate with Management and Staff: Work closely with department leaders and staff to implement coding education initiatives and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Maintain knowledge of the latest coding guidelines, regulations, and best practices to ensure our coding practices remain current and compliant.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- ~2+ Years of Coding Experience in a multi-specialty group practice
- AAPC Coding Certification(s) (CPC, CPC-H, CCS, CCS-P)
- Experience with Healthcare Coding and Documentation Audits
