About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Territory Head to lead our East Coast, US operations in the Medical Devices Vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client footprint in this exciting sector.

Job Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Growth: Oversee and grow a $20M+ portfolio across the East Coast, focusing on increasing revenue in the medical devices sector.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a sales team of 3-4 professionals, providing mentorship and driving performance to meet territory goals.
  • Territory Strategy: Build and execute territory-specific strategies targeting areas such as surgical devices, diagnostics, imaging, and digital healthcare.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, cultivate existing accounts, and drive business development efforts across the med-tech landscape.
  • C-Level Relationships: Establish and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders, promoting clients solutions in areas like product design, regulatory compliance, digital engineering, and connected healthcare.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and delivery teams to deliver customized solutions to clients in the medical devices vertical.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 20+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, specifically in the medical devices or healthcare technology industries.
  • Success Metrics: Proven success in managing large portfolios and delivering double-digit revenue growth.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of FDA regulations, product lifecycle management, and digital health solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing sales teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
  • Negotiation Abilities: Superior communication and negotiation abilities, particularly in dealing with senior executives in med-tech companies.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel frequently across the East Coast to meet clients and oversee business operations.
