Regional Sales Growth Manager

As a Regional Distribution Sales Manager at Ruhrpumpen, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding distribution channels in the West Coast region. This role requires managing existing networks, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with OEMs to meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase indirect sales channel and OEM sales.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current distribution channels through joint sales calls and other contact methods.
• Identify and propose new distributors to achieve sales goals.
• Manage relationships with existing distributors, providing support, documentation, and corrective measures as needed.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years' experience in pumps and related products.
• Excellent understanding of distribution sales channels and ability to support company growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The ideal candidate should reside near a major airport on the West Coast.
