Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Care Technician to join our team at Trinity Health Livonia Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Assist professional nursing staff with routine duties, including answering telephones, relaying messages, and setting up appointments.
- Utilize Powerchart for Order Entry and provide technical support to employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting and data collection.
- Order and maintain necessary clerical supplies and equipment for unit function.
- Perform charge capture and reconciliation on a daily and monthly basis.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Training in/completion of Order Entry computer system.
- Completion of Clerk orientation.
- Computer literate and familiar with hospital regulations.
