Patient Care Technician SNF

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Total Renal Care. As a key member of our dialysis care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the success of our services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including hemodialysis treatment, patient monitoring, and vital sign measurement.
- Collaborate with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless patient care and meet clinical outcomes.
- Work independently, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CCHT certification.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
