Job Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role involves managing a significant volume of incoming inquiries and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls.
  • Perform administrative duties such as collections, accounts receivable, and data entry.
  • Schedule service and sales appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate billing and payment records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong 10-Key and keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check is mandatory.
  • Experience with Netsuite is advantageous.
