Position: Customer Service Representative
Culligan Midwest is in search of a dedicated individual with a passion for customer service. This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The successful candidate will manage a substantial volume of incoming calls and perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to collections, accounts receivable, data entry, payment processing, billing, and scheduling service and sales appointments. This position requires a solid understanding of customer service methodologies, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 10-Key data entry skills
- Strong keyboarding abilities
- Positive team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail
- Capability to learn new software systems
- Must pass a drug screening
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Experience with Netsuite is advantageous
