We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Cybersecurity Solutions for a contract opportunity. Contract Duration: Contract position with potential for extension

Essential Skills & Experience
- Expertise in at least one programming language (Java, C#, C++) and a scripting language (Python, bash, PowerShell).
- Proficient in creating full-stack applications and rapidly prototyping solutions for automated data collection and analysis.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Alibaba).
- Understanding of key IAM concepts (Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, JIT) and Encryption techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years in software development or a master’s degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Background in various security domains (e.g., Data Security, Network Security, Application Security, Cloud Security).
- Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.
- Experience working with Microsoft APIs.
- Knowledge of algorithms, predictive machine learning models, natural language processing, or artificial intelligence.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams across different geographical locations.
- Experience in executing large-scale risk management initiatives within major organizations.
- Capability to evaluate the costs and benefits of various options to identify optimal solutions.
- Relevant Information Security certifications (CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, GSE) are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Proven capacity to make informed decisions and take calculated risks independently.
- A proactive team player with a focus on impact, curiosity, and self-motivation.
- Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders to enhance security measures and business outcomes.

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English.

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
