Lead Software Engineer - Cybersecurity Solutions

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Cybersecurity Solutions for a contract opportunity. Contract Duration: Contract position with potential for extension

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Expertise in at least one programming language (Java, C#, C++) and a scripting language (Python, bash, PowerShell).
  • Proficient in creating full-stack applications and rapidly prototyping solutions for automated data collection and analysis.
  • Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Alibaba).
  • Understanding of key IAM concepts (Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, JIT) and Encryption techniques.
  • Minimum of 5 years in software development or a master’s degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Background in various security domains (e.g., Data Security, Network Security, Application Security, Cloud Security).
  • Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.
  • Experience working with Microsoft APIs.
  • Knowledge of algorithms, predictive machine learning models, natural language processing, or artificial intelligence.

  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams across different geographical locations.
  • Experience in executing large-scale risk management initiatives within major organizations.
  • Capability to evaluate the costs and benefits of various options to identify optimal solutions.
  • Relevant Information Security certifications (CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, GSE) are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
