Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at KJ's Market. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Cashier Supervision
    • Supervise and train cashiers to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
    • Monitor and analyze sales and cash handling activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cash Office Management
    • Oversee cash handling, including preparing bank deposits, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Ensure the security of the cash office and store funds, maintaining accountability standards for cashier tills.
  • Front-End Operations
    • Monitor and analyze the Operator Activity Report to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Perform surprise audits and accuracy checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Orders and Service
    • Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the No Noticeable Wait policy is consistently implemented.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or cash handling preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work well with others, including training and development of team members.
    • Knowledge of front-end operations and cash handling procedures.
    • Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Effective math skills and ability to work with computers.
