About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Operations Leader to join our team as a Premium Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading hospitality company, Levy, and contribute to the success of our Kansas City Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of premium Suites Sales and operations
  • Work with the location leadership team to drive improvements in guest satisfaction and financial results
  • Drive engagement within the premium department
  • Oversee all aspects of season planning and event preparation
  • Build relationships with regular guests and suite holders
  • Maintain accurate contact information, suite holder preferences, and billing information
  • Partner with the culinary team to develop menus for premium spaces
  • Set up and ensure the consistent use of the Suites Management System
  • Ensure the availability of printed collateral to support promotions and premium offer communication
  • Work with the location partner to deploy the vision and operational plan for sponsored spaces
  • Oversee accounts receivable following events
  • Ensure all aspects of premium operations are in line with Levy's Core Signature standards
  • Oversee annual suite holder tastings in partnership with the culinary team
  • Attend BEO and Client meetings to plan for upcoming events
  • Work with other departments to ensure accurate completion of the requisition process
  • Review consumption rates and update par levels as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with Payment Card Information rules
  • Complete monthly financial reporting and action planning
  • Ensure all POS menus are updated and accurate
  • Hold pre-shift meetings to set the tone for events
  • Support team member orientation training
  • Oversee service standards during events
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints
  • Manage team member incidents and follow reporting procedures
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication and management skills
