Job Summary

As an Optical Store Manager at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the Vision Center. You will oversee the implementation of visual merchandising strategies, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

2+ years of retail experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Additional Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $24.50-$34.50. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
