At Saia Motor Freight Line LLC, we're seeking a skilled Operations Clerk to join our team. As a Freight Resolution Specialist, you'll play a critical role in investigating and resolving freight issues for our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze reported freight issues to facilitate quick resolutions.
- Follow established claims processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve shipping and freight issues.
- Lead the resolution of complex customer issues, complaints, and questions.
- Prepare, review, and bundle paperwork for shipping and freight disputes.
- Handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Delegate and monitor the work of other operations clerks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of transportation and/or related experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficient customer service and computer skills.
