Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Center Branch Manager to lead our Flagstaff, AZ branch. As a key member of our Retail Branch organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that enhance financial well-being.
    • Lead and influence a broad range of ecosystem partners to drive business results.
    • Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment.
  • Customer Experience
    • Lead, plan, and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
    • Grow branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households.
    • Drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
  • Workplace Culture
    • Build a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
    • Drive the employee experience, ensuring employees achieve performance and activity expectations through effective and ongoing performance management.
    • Model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace culture.

    • Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
    • Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required.
