This facility is a Short Term Acute Care center recognized for its excellence, with a total of 268 staffed beds. The facility is a Magnet-designated, teaching hospital with Level I trauma capabilities.

Our clinic is a multi-specialty interdisciplinary center, uniquely positioned in Northern Arizona, spanning 20,000 square feet. We aim to deliver optimal patient outcomes through a variety of pediatric specialty services, including:

Additional Services

We also provide essential services such as wheelchair assessments, medical equipment evaluations, orthotics dispensing, hearing aids, feeding therapy, and dental screenings in collaboration with local educational institutions.

Travel Considerations

Travelers will be scheduled four months in advance due to credentialing and insurance requirements. An NPI number will be necessary for billing purposes, and the application process will be facilitated through the facility.
