Position Overview

Role: Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient

Location: Flagstaff Medical Center

This position requires a valid Arizona license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Candidates must possess these credentials before starting.

Job Specifications
  • Specialty: Outpatient Speech Language Pathology
  • Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with a possibility of being called off up to 6 times during a 13-week assignment.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year required.
  • Weekend and On-Call: Not required.
  • Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Travelers should be aware that bookings will occur four months in advance due to credentialing and insurance requirements. An NPI number will be necessary for billing purposes, and the application process will be managed through the facility.
