We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our outpatient clinic, focusing on pediatric care. This role is essential in delivering high-quality speech therapy services to children.

Certification Requirements
  • Arizona License: Required - Must possess a valid license.
  • BLS Certification: Required (American Heart Association).

  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, with a provision for up to 6 cancellations during a 13-week assignment.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year required.

  • Floating: Not required.
Schedule Information
  • Shift: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Additional Information
  • RTO Restrictions: Approval required from the Unit Manager.
  • Facility Overview: Our clinic is a multi-specialty interdisciplinary center dedicated to providing optimal patient outcomes.
  • Services Offered: We provide a range of pediatric specialty services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nutrition counseling, social work, audiology, and comprehensive case management.
  • Additional Services: We also assist with wheelchair and medical equipment evaluations, orthotics dispensing, hearing aids, feeding therapy, and dental screenings.
  • Credentialing Process: Travelers will be scheduled 4 months in advance due to credentialing and insurance requirements.
