About the Role

CORT is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Account Executive to join our team in the Phoenix territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with multi-family communities, students, athletes, military personnel, real estate professionals, and other residential verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and research within assigned markets
  • Sell new services to existing clients and leverage virtual tools and social media to engage prospects and existing clients
  • Present Value-Based Solutions to key decision makers and plan and execute strategic marketing plans
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and work pipeline through full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with sales management, inside sales, contact center, operations, and commercial teams to ensure optimized revenue and customer service
Requirements
  • Outside sales experience with a strong CRM background, specifically Salesforce
  • Exceptional presentation skills and solid time management and self-organizational ability
  • Multi-Family experience, onsite property experience, or experience with the rental lifecycle
  • Familiarity with property management technology such as Yardi, Onsite, or RealPage
  • Flexibility and willingness to attend occasional after-hours events
