The Healthcare Outreach Sales Consultant plays a vital role within the outreach division, contributing to our collective mission of engaging both current and potential patients. This outreach will occur primarily through telecommunication, with occasional in-person interactions, aimed at informing individuals about the distinctive advantages of choosing Mymaxdoc as their healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming inquiries from individuals interested in becoming patients at Mymaxdoc. It is essential to be knowledgeable and capable of effectively communicating the unique benefits and value of selecting Mymaxdoc as their primary healthcare option.

- Conduct outbound communication efforts targeting prospective patients encountered at community events or those who have previously engaged with our marketing initiatives. Provide education on the advantages of joining Mymaxdoc and highlight what sets us apart.

- Perform follow-up outreach to existing patients to encourage attendance for their preventive care appointments and other designated patient outreach activities.

- Maintain an organized pipeline, accurately logging current call activities, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective patients as necessary.

- Collaborate with the Field Outreach Team to arrange for prospective patients to participate in local community events, including health fairs, presentations at senior centers, and activities at various community organizations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on building and sustaining relationships with business or vendor partners.

- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is preferred.

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

- Experience in a compensation structure that includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft effective outreach materials, conduct outbound calls, and deliver impactful presentations.

- A positive demeanor and the capacity to engage patients with a warm and approachable attitude, particularly in relation to our target demographic and their caregivers.

- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous.

- Willingness to travel locally or statewide as required.
