Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads, manage prospects, and secure new business while providing exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Effectively showcase the product line, articulating benefits and essential features while achieving set goals for territory growth and sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial clients through proactive outreach and self-generated leads.
  • Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to monitor key performance indicators, manage customer data, and produce insightful reports.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise B2B sales strategies and meet anticipated sales objectives.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to uncover new business prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B commercial roofing sales.
  • Familiarity with both low slope and steep slope roofing systems, including Single Ply, Mod Bit, Shingle, Tile, and Metal.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and expand an existing client base.
  • Experience in formulating and implementing territory sales strategies.
  • Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently to achieve or surpass objectives.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
