Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Mike's Hard. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of our portfolio brand plans in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement wholesaler plans and execute distributor incentive programs to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Ensure key account execution and provide regular market recaps to management.
  • Work closely with District Manager level influencers at distributors to execute brand plans and programming.
  • Monitor and report on market conditions, competitor trends, and personal performance on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage category or CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical and math skills for budgeting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and present reports.
  • Ability to travel as necessary and relocate for new opportunities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
