Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Licensed Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and cross-selling existing customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Allstate products.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from various sources.
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that meet their needs.
- Serve the local community by providing trusted advice and educating prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
- Provide a positive customer experience through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong interest in a sales career – At least 1 year of sales experience required.
- Property & Casualty License (Personal Lines License accepted in certain states).
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
