  • **Operational Excellence**: Manage event documentation, audits, and cleaning checklists to ensure seamless execution.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the events team to ensure a cohesive and successful event experience.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • **Experience**: Previous experience working with children, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • **Certifications**: First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • **Customer Service**: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Communication**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and adults alike.
