EDI Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Analyst to join our team at Alera Group. As an EDI Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing incoming data, distributing outgoing data to the appropriate parties, and ensuring seamless integration with our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile client census data, reconcile, and upload it to our systems.
• Plan and implement all necessary data feeds, billing reports, and client-requested reports.
• Coordinate and complete incoming and outgoing payroll integrations.
• Troubleshoot any issues with existing data feeds, including internal team members.
• Effectively communicate technical strategies and any issues or problems to non-technical clients.
• Balance competing priorities on multiple projects.
• Write scripts and provide technical support for case building team.
• As needed, create reports.
• Identify areas for process improvements and/or correct deficiencies in the current process.
• Work well independently and consistently meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Some programming experience, preferably in JavaScript.
• Employee benefits industry experience is a plus.
• Selerix BenSelect software experience is also a plus.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Team player.
