Office Administrator Assistant

Job SummaryWe are offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an Office Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing marketing materials, coordinating client meetings, and facilitating communication between teams. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, files, and other documents for client meetings and proposals.
- Support customer follow-ups and data entry tasks.
- Manage incoming phone calls, route them to relevant staff members, or take messages as needed.
- Assist with billing and payment processing.
- Order, stock, and restock office supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
