Job SummaryWe are offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an Office Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing marketing materials, coordinating client meetings, and facilitating communication between teams. If you have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and great time management abilities, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, files, and other documents for client meetings and proposals.
  • Support customer follow-ups and data entry tasks.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, route them to relevant staff members, or take messages as needed.
  • Assist with billing and payment processing.
  • Order, stock, and restock office supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
