This role requires proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as strong administrative and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing engagement letters, mailing and binders, diary entries, editing pre-bills, maintaining electronic files, assisting with travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings. They will also assist attorneys with document production, compiling documents, preparing binders, appendices, and quality checking to ensure materials are collated properly.

This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $63,000-$85,000, based on national averages and taking into account the location and industry. As this is a full-time role, benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off will be provided. Additionally, employees are eligible for overtime pay and flexible scheduling arrangements may be made as business needs require.
