Additionally, the Consultant will articulate the advantages of Position Control, enabling accurate vacancy reporting and monitoring departmental hiring in alignment with approved budgets.
Position Responsibilities: The Consultant will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of existing HRMS data and business processes to support the Position Control implementation. The objective is to improve the organization's capability to track vacancies and budget forecasts, aid in recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance within the workforce. The Consultant will perform an in-depth analysis, provide actionable recommendations, and delineate the benefits of establishing a Position Control framework.
Key Activities:
- Assess current HRMS data, budget information, and associated business processes related to position control.
- Analyze extracts of existing HRMS data and budget documentation.
- Compile and review a comprehensive list of business processes pertinent to position control.
- Conduct follow-up discussions with subject matter experts as necessary.
- Draft and present findings and recommendations, including:
- Gap analysis of the current organizational structure and Position Control implementation.
- Report detailing the number of positions requiring updates for Position Control.
- System requirements and recommendations for effective implementation.
- Essential process modifications.
- Benefits of Position Control for the organization.
- Review and finalize findings with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRMS/HRIS/HCM.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing Position Control in large, complex organizations, preferably within government sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient interpersonal skills with the capacity to cultivate constructive and effective relationships both within and outside the organization.
