We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate individual to fill our Chief Human Resources Officer position at the Philadelphia campus.
Job SummaryThe Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key executive leadership role responsible for leading and driving the overall HR strategy for the organization. The CHRO plays a critical role in developing and executing human capital strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Partner with the executive team to shape organizational growth, culture, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead succession planning and workforce development to ensure the organization is prepared for future growth.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Implement robust learning and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities and overall employee performance.
- Drive performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture.
- Champion the development and execution of ADA strategies to ensure an inclusive workplace.
- Measure and track diversity progress, and embed it into all people-related initiatives and practices.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure that compensation practices comply with relevant legislation and support a fair and equitable workforce.
- Promote strong employee engagement and develop effective communication strategies to ensure transparency and trust.
- Manage conflict resolution and provide support in complex employee relations matters.
- Oversee the HR operations function, ensuring HR processes, systems, and policies are efficient and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage risk by ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline HR functions and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree, JD or MBA preferred.
- Certification such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or GPHR is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive HR role.
- Experience with a new ERP/HCM platform implementation and/or Workday experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
- Experience with organizational change management, talent management, and employee development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing operational execution.
$190,000 - 215,000
