Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a service industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and grow client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and conduct courageous conversations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $40,000-$59,000 per year.
