- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities and complex situations to ensure client satisfaction and employee retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in a service industry, preferably in a management role.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and grow client relationships.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and conduct courageous conversations.
- Competitive salary range: $40,000-$59,000 per year.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan enrollment.
- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
